I have a crazy passion for food, Swiss by birth
I grew up in beautiful Tuscany and have now lived in Rome for several years in its most beating heart, St. Peter's.

I have been enjoying teaching for about 15 years and I don't know how many people have passed through my kitchen.

My background is artistic and I paint little monsters

I participated in the program " 4 restaurants" by A.Borghese in 2020/21, on Sky
I'm not really into competition but I took the opportunity
(Carpe Diem)
and I played without scratching anyone.
